Two-Ingredient Homemade BISCUITS
2 cups self-rising flour 1 cup whipping cream
Preheat oven to 450 degreesF. Combine flour and cream in a mixing bowl, stirring just until blended. (The dough will be a little stiff.) Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead 10 times. Roll to 1/2-inch thickness and cut with a 3-inch cutter. Place biscuits close together on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits.

I have seen and read that you can also do this, only use melted premium ice cream (like Haagen Daz or whatever) and it's supposed to make great muffins.
I have to wonder how anyone found this out. Who ever has leftover ice cream?

The biscuits are the ones like James Beard made. Best biscuits EVER!!! Just handle the dough gently and just enough to be able to cut it.
Oh, and don't ever roll biscuit dough. Just pat it gently. That's all it needs. Not too much flour, either.
