BREAD MACHINE JAM
5 cups (about 5 half-pints) (about 1 1/2 pounds) blackberries
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
Wash blackberries in cold water; drain well. Transfer to medium bowl. With a potato masher or in food processor, crush berries coarsely. (You should have about 3 cups of crushed berries).
Add sugar; mix well.
Transfer to bread pan with kneading paddle attached. Insert pan into machine; close lid.
Press MENU button to select Jam cycle. Press START-STOP button to begin. When cycle is complete, carefully remove pan from machine wearing oven mitts.
Follow instructions for the desired storage of jam.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups of jam
Apricot Jam
1 1/2 pounds ripe, but firm, apricots, peeled, halved, and pitted 2 cups granulated sugar
With a potato masher or in food processor, crush apricots coarsely. (You should have about 2 1/2 cups of crushed fruit).
Add sugar; mix well.
Transfer to bread pan with kneading paddle attached. Insert pan into machine; close lid.

Peach Jam

Blueberry Jam ( I made this one and it is wonderful)

Blue Kiwi Mango Jam
Place all ingredients in baking pan and start jam cycle:
3/4 cup (6 oz.) kiwi fruit (ripe, but not mushy), peeled and chopped
3/4 cup (6 oz.) mango (BARELY RIPE), peeled and chopped
1 1/2 cups (12 oz.) white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated (see note)
1 teaspoon orange zest, grated (see note)
4 drops blue food coloring
Note: Lemon and orange zest are grated from the surface of the peel. Make sure none of the bitter white rind is included.
Strawberry-Rhubarb Jam
Place all ingredients in baking pan and start jam cycle:
3/4 cup (8 oz.) strawberries (very ripe), hulled
3/4 cup (8 oz.) rhubarb (firm/crisp), roughly chopped
1 2/3 cups (13 oz) white sugar
Bread Machine Raspberry Jam

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups raspberries
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 ounces liquid pectin
Directions:
The Magic Chef Breadmaker makes it a snap. Cut up about 2 1/2 cups of fresh fruit. Add no more than 1 3/4 cups of sugar (to 2 1/2 cups fruit) and a package of fruit pectin. Place all ingredients into the Bread Pan. Insert Bread Pan into breadmaker. Select "Basic" setting. Press Start/Stop for 1 second to begin the mixing process. Allow this mixing to continue for no more than 6 min. Press Start/Stop for 3 sec. to stop this cycle. Select "Bake" setting and press Start/Stop button for 1 second to start the baking program. After 60 min. the Bake cycle is finished. Remove the bread pan with oven mitts. Let cool for 45 min., and then your contents into glass jars. Close tightly and store in refrigerator. Use same recipe for strawberry and blueberry jams.
Strawberry Jam
2 cups strawberries crushed
3/4 cup sugar
1 TBSP lemon juice
Remove
Jam will thicken in fridg.
To make it thicker add 1 pkg of fruit pectin
Apple Jam
2 cups apples peeled and cored
3/4 cip sugar
1 - 11/2 TBSP lemon juice
Mixed Jam
1 cup crushed strawberries
1 1/2 cups cored and peeled apples
3/4 cup sugar
1 TBSP lemon juice
Jam (Bread Machine) Recipe
1½ hours | 10 min prep
2 cups
1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
1 ounce dry pectin (1/2 pkg.)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cherry kirsch or lemon juice or brandy
Place all ingredients in bread pan. Set to jam cycle and start.
Spoon into containers and refrigerate
Blueberry Lime Jam (Bread Machine)
1¾ hours | 15 min prep
SERVES 48 , 3 cups
6 cups fresh blueberries
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 (1 3/4 ounce) package dry pectin
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon grated fresh lime zest
Place all ingredients in medium bowl and stir to combine. Transfer to bread machine pan fitted with the kneading paddle. Set on Jam cycle and start.
Scrape the sides of the pan 5 and 10 minutes into the cycle.
Transfer the jam to clean jars. Let cool, then cover and refrigerate. Keeps refrigerated 4 to 6 weeks
