I made this up one day when I had small amounts of a lot of different things that I needed to use. It was so good that it's one of our regulars now.
Oriental Tuna Salad
1 lb. spaghetti noodles, cooked, drained, and rinsed with cold water (or leftover) 2 cans tuna, drained 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (or about half a 15 oz. can) 1 small onion, minced or grated 1/2 c. chopped nuts (I use walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, or cashews) 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 bottle Italian dressing (more or less - to moisten) 1 t. soy sauce black pepper (to taste) celery, sliced (optional)
Mix everything together and serve.
