-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is sooooo tasty with BBQ chicken. I double the recipe!
2 c. shredded green cabbage 2 c. shredded red cabbage 1/3 c. chopped bell pepper (I use both red & green) 1 T. chopped onion 1/4 c. cider vinegar (or you can use wine vinegar or rice vinegar) 3 T. sugar 1 t. sesame seeds, toasted 1/4 t. salt
In a small bowl, combine the vegetables. In another bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
