Spring Time Veggy Slaw contributed by gayla
1 pound shredded cabbage 1/2 cup broccoli flowerets, chopped 1/2 cup sliced celery 1 cup chopped parsley 1 cup grated carrots 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup peeled, seeded, diced cucumber
Dressing
2 tablespoons white distilled vinegar 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Combine all the vegetables in a salad bowl. Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Toss slaw with dressing.
Ingredient are just a base, any thing can be added, adjusted or removed.
