Pink Champagne Salad contributed by carla
I'm addicted to this stuff ... don't understand the name though.
3/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 or 3 bananas, mashed (I use 2) 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen strawberries (I use frozen sliced berries) 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip or sweetened, whipped cream 1 c. nuts
Cream sugar and cream cheese; add bananas, pineapple, and strawberries. Beat well. Fold in whipped topping and nuts. Freeze in a 9x13" pan.
