Three Week Cole Slaw contributed by gayla
3 lb Cabbage, Shredded 1 Green Pepper, Shredded 2 White Onions, Shredded 2 Cup Sugar 1 Cup White Vinagar 1 Cup Cooking Oil 2 TBSP Celery Seed 1 TBSP Salt
Combine cabbage, green pepper, onion and sugar. Mix well. Mix oil, vinegar, celery seed and salt and bring to a hard boil. Pour over cabbage and stir well. Store in an airtight containter in the refridgerator. Gets better the longer it sits. Keeps for a month.
