Calistoga Salad contributed by gayla
2 lrg garlic cloves minced 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard 1 c olive oil
3 c shredded red cabbage 2 1/2 c sliced chicken 1 small fennel bulb sliced 1 small head raddichio sliced 1 small red onion sliced 1 c toasted copped walnuts 1 small julienned carrot 1 pear pealed and sliced
1 c crumbled blue cheese
blend garlic, vinegar and mustard in processor add oil and salt and pepper to taste
mix all veggies and fruit and coat with dressing sautee over medium heat until just wilted add bleu cheese and serve.
