This is recipe for what we made yesterday for dinner. It was to die for. nomnompaleo.com/post/77596713058/bacon-apple-smothered-pork-chopsThe changes that we made were: - I used flour instead of arrowroot
- I didn't use the fish sauce (Jim is highly allergic to fish)
- I didn't put in the apples, just the onions
- We sprinkled the bacon on top with about 5 minutes left in the cooking to warm it through
The meat was fall off the bone tender and the gravy is really good.
