I don't know whether to put this under beverages or remedies, but here 'tis.
Turmeric tea is a popular beverage throughout Asia and is know by some as “liquid gold”. Turmeric benefits are primarily due to it’s active compound called curcumin.

1 cup coconut milk 1 cup water 1 tbsp organic butter 1 tbsp raw honey 1 tsp turmeric (powder or grated root)
Instructions
Pour coconut milk and water into the saucepan and warm for 2 minutes Add in butter, raw honey and turmeric powder for another 2 minutes Stir Pour into glasses
Serves 2
Total time 5 minutes
* I do mine a bit different. I use raw milk and put one coffee cup full in a saucepan. I add two good squirts of raw honey, about 1/2 tsp of turmeric, and about a tsp. of coconut oil. Then I stir and heat just until it's good drinking temperature and pour it all back in my coffee cup. It sure works good for loosening up tight sore muscles!
