Her birthday party is coming up so I made this cake for it. It took me two days and still isn't perfect, but I think she'll love it!

It has crossed my mind but they aren't that good up close I'm afraid. That would be great though for some extra money here and there. I called my Daddy yesterday and he asked, "What kind of cake is that"? I told him it's called a topsy~turvey cake because it looks like it's falling. He laughed and said, "Oh GOOD!! I didn't want to say anything but, when I saw it I thought 'oh poor pooh, her cake didn't turn out'"!! (Yes, I'm 37 and still pooh to him. Daddy's and daughters, what can you do? )
