Pineapple Casserole contributed by gayla
2 cans chunk pineapple, drained 8 eggs 1c. butter 1 c. sugar 8 slices white bread, cubed (remove crusts)
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and beat well. Add pineapple and stir in bread cubes. Pour into greased 3 qt. casserole. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for approx. 1 hour.
