-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5 cups, cooked chicken cubes 2 jars sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup diced green pepper 1 jar pimentos 1 can mushroom soup 1 can celery soup 1/3 cup milk 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper 1/2 lb. cooked noodles 1 cup cornflakes with melted butter
Sauté the onion and pepper until translucent. Combine all the ingredients except the cornflakes. This can be chilled overnight. (or frozen ) Put into a greased 9x13 pan and top with the cornflakes. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Uncover and bake for 20 minutes
If I freeze this, I just defrost it in the pan I'm using overnight and then bake it as usual.
