-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 lb hamburger meat 1 package taco seasoning 1 jar of salsa 10 soft taco shells 1 cup cheddar cheese (I use about two cups) Lettuce Tomato Sour cream
In bottom of 9x13 pan spread salsa. Brown hamburger meat and add taco seasoning and water cook as directed on the back of the taco seasoning package. Fill soft taco shells (I use tortillias) with mix and roll up and place in pan seam side down. Spread more salsa on top and cover with cheese. Cover pan with foil.
**I usually assemble and freeze at this point. I bake it after I thaw it the day I want to serve it.
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
Top with: Lettuce Tomato Sour cream….
