This is a very simple recipe, but refreshing in hot weather and no calories. It even tastes a bit sweet, even though there's no sugar in it.
Take a few sprigs of mint (I usually use 5 or 6) and rough them up a bit Put them into a pitcher, then fill pitcher with cold water. Chill well. That's it. The mint tastes pleasant and helps cool you down.
