I woke up this morning, wondering if you could poach scrambled eggs. Turns out you can and they come out pretty good!
All you have to do is bring a little salted water to a boil. Meanwhile, beat some eggs in a bowl, beat in a little milk, and season them with black pepper, if desired.
Once the water is boiling, pour in the egg mixture and let it cook until the bottom is done. (They mostly float on top of the water) I turned them over as best I could and let them cook another minute or so. Scoop them out with a slotted spoon, making sure to drain them well. That's all there is to it. My future DIL, Connie, and I both tried them and both liked them.
