White Chocolate Sauce
8 oz white chocolate or almond bark, chopped (or 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips) 1/2 cup milk, half and half, or light cream 2 teaspoons butter
Heat the cream and butter on the stove top in small pot.
Once it starts to boil, remove from heat and add the chocolate.
Whisk until smooth.
Let cool and enjoy!

I made this twice today. The first batch was made with white chocolate chips, the second with almond bark. My DIL and I both taste-tested each of them and, even though both were good, both of us preferred the almond bark. It melted and blended with the milk easier, too.
