I made a double batch of this last night. Really easy and good. Saved me a trip to the store.
Sour Cream from Cottage Cheese
1 cup cottage cheese 1 T. lemon juice 2 T. milk
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Use as you would sour cream.
Makes about 1 cup.
Will keep about a week in the refrigerator.
