4 cups plus extra for dusting surface and hands of baking mix 2/3 cup of milk 2/3 cup of milk sugar cinnamon butter (soften)
Preheat oven to 425 Spray 12 cup muffin tin Put 2 cups of flour with first 2/3 cup milk mix up will be clumpy. Add extra flour and milk. Stir. knead a bit on floured surface to make it not so sticky Roll it out into a big square piece about 1/2 an inch thick. then coat the dough with butter (a generous amount). Now mix about 1/4 cup sugar with about 1 tsp cinnamon Sprinkle over buttered dough, roll up and cut in 12 little sections. Place in muffin tins. Bake for exactly 15 mins.
