-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 lb. ground pork 1 pkg. (6-oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for chicken 2/4 cup cranberry sauce 1 egg 1/4 cup melted butter
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Brown meat, drain. Combine with dry stuffing mix in large bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce, egg and 1 cup water. Shape mixture into 16 balls. Place balls on a foil lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter.
Bake 20 minutes
We have these with a dinner some times in stead of regular bread especially good with chicken, turkey and pork.
