Several Ice Box IceCream ''Recipes''

Chocolate Ice Box Ice Cream
This is so simple to make that it’s amazing. It has only three ingredients. For such a simple dessert, it’s really good.
You can also use this recipe to make Rocky Road Ice Box Ice Cream or Chocolate Walnut.
This is really quite good and once you have the ingredients on the counter, you should be able to whip it up in minutes. How could you get any simpler--only three ingredients and three simple steps?
Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
Directions
1. Beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
2. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup.
3. Pour it into a one-quart pan or baking dish and freeze.
Rocky Road Ice Box Ice Cream Recipe
Make as above but fold 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and 2/3 cup miniature marshmallows into the ice cream before freezing.
Chocolate Walnut Ice Box Ice Cream Recipe
Make as above but fold 1/2 cup chopped walnuts into the ice cream before freezing.
Mountain Blueberry Ice Box Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup individually frozen blueberries
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup Blueberry Gourmet Syrup
Directions
1. Lightly press the blueberries so that most of them split open. Set aside.
2. Beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
3. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and gourmet syrup.
4. Gently fold the blueberries into the mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into a one-quart pan or baking dish and freeze.
Plum Crazy Ice Box Ice Cream
Ingredients
1/2 cup finely diced red angelino plums
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup Plum Crazy Gourmet Syrup
Directions
1. Place the plums in a microwave safe bowl with about 1/4 cup water, cover and heat until hot. Set aside.
2. Beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
3. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and gourmet syrup.
4. Drain the plums and pat dry. Gently fold the plums into the mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into a one-quart pan or baking dish and freeze.
