2 c. water 1/4 c. cashews 3 Tbsp. diced pimentos 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 3 Tbsp. cornstarch Rotel, optional
1. Put all ingredients into a blender except the Rotel. Blend well.
2. Pour into a pan & cook over medium heat until thick.
3. Adding Rotel will make a nice mild “Nacho” style dip.
Macaroni & Cheese
8-12 oz. elbow macaroni 2 c. Melty Cheese 1/2 c. Rotel, optional
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
2. Drain noodles & add Melty Cheese & Rotel.
