Oriental Beef Casserole with Rice contributed by riverwalk
1 c. rice, white or wild 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 c. chopped celery 4 tbsp. Oleo 2 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 1 med. can mushrooms 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Cook rice; saute ground beef and drain. Saute onions and celery in oleo. Mix rice, meat, onions and celery together with remaining ingredients. Put in baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serves 12 people.
Freezes real well.
