Creamy Chocolate Pie contributed by riverwalk
1 cup water 2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed chocolate milk 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate 6 egg yolks, slightly beaten 4 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pie crust Whipped cream
Stir together water and cornstarch. In heavy saucepan, combine condensed chocolate milk and egg yolks; still in cornstarch mixture. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly, about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Spoon into pie crust.
Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
