2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. (heaping) flour 1 cup catsup 1 tbsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1-1/2 to 2 cups water 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper 2 medium slices round steak
Mix vinegar, sugar and flour; add catsup, chili powder, salt, water, onion and pepper. Cut steak into serving pieces; place in large skillet or medium roast pan. Pour sauce over top. Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, or until sauce is thick and meat is tender.
