Beef Ribs contributed by riverwalk
3 lb. beef ribs Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup finely diced onion 1/4 cup diced green pepper 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup vinegar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1 small can pineapple chunks
Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. Place in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Carefully drain off excess fat. Mix remaining ingredients; let stand to blend. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake for 45 minutes longer
