Italian Dressing contributed by gayla
1/2 c. salad oil (canola, olive, etc.) 1/3 c. cider vinegar 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, crushed 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake until smooth. Refrigerate unused portion. I've substituted Balsamic vinegar - mm mm good! makes 1 cup.
