1 egg 1 tbsp lemon juice (or vinegar) 1 tbsp Dijon or brown mustard 1 and 1/4 c. canola oil
In your food processor, put egg, mustard, lemon juice and one tablespoon oil. Process for one minute. Drizzle in remaining oil sloo-o-owly while processing. Makes 1 and 1/2 cup.
