1-1/2 lbs. round steak, cut into thin strips 1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic 1 c. chopped onion 1 T. soy sauce 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 1 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 1 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1-1/2 T. cornstarch 1-1/4 c. water
Brown beef in hot oil; add onion, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Combine cornstarch and water and add to meat mixture until thickened. Serve over hot rice.
NOTE: I add a couple of slices of jalapenos to add a little kick.
