Pepper Steak in Crock Pot contributed by riverwalk
1 /12 to 2 pounds round steak cut into strips 1/4 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 medium onion chopped 1 small clove garlic, minced 1 each; green pepper, red pepper, seeded and cut into stips 1 (16 ounce) can whole tomaotes 1 Tablespoon beef granules or 2 bouillion cubes 1 Tablespoon soy sauce 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce hot cooked fluffy rice
Combine flour, salt and pepper, toss with steak strips to coat thoroughly. Add to crock pot with onion, garlic, and half of pepper stiprs, stir. Combine tomatoes with beef granules, soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. Pour in to crock pot mositening meat well. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. One hour before serving, turn to high and stir in remaining pepper strips.
If thickened gravy is desired, make a smooth paste of 3 Tablespoons flour and 3 Tablespoons water. Stir in crock pot, cover and cook until thick. Serve over rice
