Smothered Steak contributed by riverwalk
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut in strips 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 green pepper, sliced 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1/3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 lg. onion, sliced 8 oz. mushrooms 1 pkg. Frozen french style green beans (10 oz.)
Place steak strips, flour, salt, and pepper in crock pot, stirring well to coat steak. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Serve with rice.
