One Pot Pork Chops contributed by christy
Serves 4
4 chops 1 can tomato soup or 12 oz homemade tomato soup 1/2 cup water if using canned soup 1 TBS worchestershire sauce 1/2 t salt 1/2t carrowway seeds 2-3 peeled quartered potatoes 3-4 carrots sliced
Place a little oil in bottom of large frying pan or electric skillet. Lightly flour chops and brown, pour off fat. Add all the rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer 30-45 minutes or until veggies are tender.
Serve on a bed of rice
