Pork Chop Casserole contributed by carla
6 pork chops salt & pepper 1 T. butter 6-8 potatoes, peeled and sliced 6 slices cheese (I omit the cheese) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1-1/4 c. milk
Trim fat off chops; season and brown in butter. Slice 1/2 of potatoes in bottom of small roasting pan. Top with cheese slices; add rest of the sliced potatoes. Top with the browned chops. In the same skillet, add the soup and milk; heat to boiling. Pour over the chops. Bake, covered, at 350F for about one hour.
NOTE: I put the pork chops on the bottom and the potatoes on the top and leave out the cheese.
