2 pkgs (2 Tablespoons) yeast 2 1/2 cups warm water 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1/2 cup honey 2 eggs 1 Tablespoon salt 1/3 cup powdered milk 8-9 cups bread flour In a mixing bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the butter, honey, eggs, salt, milk and 4 cups flour. Beat until well mixed. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Either knead with dough hook on the mixer or by hand about 8 minutes. Cover and let rise in a greased bowl until doubled. About 1 hr. Punch down and form into 3 loaves. Put in bread pans and poke the tops several times with a fork. Not all the way thru to the pan, just a couple of inches. Let rise in the pan for another hour. Bake @350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool on a rack
