Creole pork chops contributed by quickmealguy
6 pork chops sauce: 1/3c ketchup 1/2c water 1tsp sugar 1tsp flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp celery seeds 3 tbsp cider vinegar 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Combine ingredients for sauce. Place the pork chops in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour sauce over chops. Cover and bake @ 325 for 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy with veggies and rice
