Bacon Mayonnaise
1 egg 1 T. vinegar 1/2 t. dry mustard 1/4 t. salt dash pepper 1/4 cup oil (canola, corn, olive, whatever you like) 1/3 cup bacon grease, melted then cooled to room temperature, but still liquid
In blender, put egg, vinegar, dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Turn on blender and blend a few seconds. Remove cup in center of lid and slowly drizzle the oil in, in a thin stream. Once the oil is in, slowly drizzle in the bacon grease, in a thin stream.
Makes about 1 cup.
