Rosemary Orange Pork Chops contributed by carla
1/2 c. olive oil 1/4 c. red wine 1 T. brown sugar 1/2 t. minced garlic 1/4 c. fresh orange juice 2 T. chopped fresh rosemary 4-8 pork chops (about 1" thick), trimmed
In small bowl, combine olive oil, wine, brown sugar, garlic, orange juice and rosemary. Pour over chops. Cover, and marinate in refrigerator, at least 6 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat grill to medium or preheat broiler. Grill or broil 7 minutes per side.
