Oh, this just melts in your mouth. You can cook extra rice as a side and drizzle the crock-pot juices over it...YUMMY!
6-8 lean 1 inch thick pork chops 1½ tsps dry mustard ½ tsp garlic powder ½ Cup flour 1½ tsp salt 2 Tbsp oil 1 can chicken & rice soup (10 3/4 oz)
Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard & garlic powder. Brown in oil. Place browned pork chops in crock-pot. Add can of soup. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
