I don't do artificial sweeteners. I picked up a box of the little packets of stevia though, and experimented to find the right mix for good tea.
3 family size tea bags or 6 little ones. 4 packets of stevia powder
Put the teabags into about a pint of water and microwave for 5 minutes. Let steep for a couple more. Pour into a 2-qt pitcher, squeezing all the flavor out of the tea bags. Stir in stevia. Finish filling with cold water.
Stevia is sweet, very sweet, but does not taste just like sugar. Once you get used to the difference, though, this is very good tea. No calories, no chemicals, no spike in blood sugar.
