Coffee Milk
Syrup
3 cups water 8 heaping teaspoons instant coffee 4 cups sugar 2 T. vanilla extract
In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in instant coffee till dissolved.
Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring to dissolve. Bring back to a boil after each addition. Boil 1 minute and remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
Pour into jars, Cool and refrigerate.
Makes 5 cups.
To prepare
Fill glass about 1/4 full with syrup. Finish filling with ice cold milk. Stir.
