Cabbage Roll Casserole ( Crock Pot) contributed by riverwalk

1 pound ground beef 1 medium onion chopped (1/2 cup) 5 cups coleslaw mix 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice 1/4 cup water 2 teaspoons paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 can (15 oz.) chunk italian style tomato sauce
Cook beef and onion in skillet until beef is brown; drain. Mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients in 3 1/2 - 6 quart slow cooker. Cooker will be very full, but cabbage will cook down. Cover and cook on low 4 -6 hours or until cabbage is tender
