Paul found this in a magazine. Its really good. Chicken Macaroni Casserole 1 cup mayo ( I've used all mayo, half mayo and half sour cream) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can mushroom pieces drained ( I never have this) 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken (sometimes I only have 1 cup, have used 2 cups) 2 cups Parmesean cheese ( I cut this back to 1 cup. Its good with too but too expensive) 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 cup chopped pimento 1/4 cup chopped onion 4 oz. elbow macaroni cooked, drained 1/2 cup cracker crumbs ( I dont use this. I put grated cheese on top after its cooked and pop itback in the oven long enough to melt the cheese. Mix together and put in a buttered/sprayed 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake @350 degree for 30 min or until bubbly
