Au Gratin Cheese Soup
1 box Au Gratin potatoes 10 1/2 ounces chicken broth(I use water & bollioun to equal this amount) 3 cups water 2/3 cup diced carrot 2/3 cup diced celery 1/2 cup milk
Mix potatoes,sauce mix,broth,water,carrots and celery in pan.Bring to boil.Reduce heat and cover.Simmer 25/30 minutes.Stir in milk.
This is very good! You easily double or triple it if you wanted to
