Teriyaki Sauce
1 1/2 cup Soy Sauce 1/2 cup Water 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger (grated) 1 clove Fresh Garlic (minced) 1 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
Combine first 5 ingredients in medium saucepan. Whisk in cornstarch. Heat over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly. Cool before using Teriyaki sauce will keep in refrigerator up to one month.
