1 1/2pound ground chuck 1 1/2 pound ground turkey 2 eggs 1 can evaporated milk 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoon chili powder 1 medium onion, chopped and diced 1 cup of oatmeal 1 cup saltines, finely crushed
Mix together ground chuck and turkey, set aside. Mix remaining ingredients; then add ground meats. Form ingredients into 1–1 1/2-inch balls and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm. These may be frozen at this point when cooled.
Finger Lickin’ Sauce
2 cups catsup 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Simmer in crockpot until flavors are blended. Add meat balls and let sauce be absorbed by the meat balls before serving.
