Graham Cracker Crust
For unbaked or frozen pies.
1-2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 4 T. butter or margarine
Melt butter or margarine. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Firmly press crumb mixture evenly over bottom and sides of a 9-inch pieplate or line 12 muffin cups with paper liners and press about 2 T. of mixture into bottom of each liner.
For hot fillings or baked pies, bake at 350 degrees F. for 7 to 9 minutes.
