3 cups mashed banans 2 cups half and half 1/8 to 1/4 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg .
Mix all ingredients in a blender . Blend until smooth . Chill . Pour into small bowls and garnsih with additional spice . You can also garnish with fresh fruit .
