Peanut Butter PIe contributed by carla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter 8 oz. heavy cream, sweetened 1 graham cracker crust 1-2 T. chopped salted peanuts
Combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Beat well. Beat whipping cream to peaks. Fold into above. Add to crust. Sprinkle on peanuts. Chill at least 3 hours.
