Caramel Apple Pie 9 inch pie crust 10 caramel candies, unwrapped and quartered 1/3 cup flour 2 teaspoons lemon juice 3 apples, unpeeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes 2/3 cup caramel ice cream topping 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine the caramel candy and the flour.
Add the apples, caramel topping and lemon juice then mix well.
Pour the apple and caramel mixture into the pie crust and top with pecans.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until crust has browned. Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.

Y'all are killin' me! I finally get what I need to make the caramel apple upside down cake and now I have a caramel apple pie to try out too!
