From "The New Cookin' with Home Storage" 1 3/4 C flour 1 T. Baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 C. Brown sugar 1/2 C whole wheat flour 1 C granola 1/4 C raisins 1 egg 1 C milk 1/4 C oil Mix dry ingredients together. Combine egg, milk, and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen. * Just made these. I didn't have raisins, but I did have dates, so used them. The granola I had was Gayle's Cracker Jack Granola recipe from this board. Aside from the fact (I sure do have to say that a lot these days!) that I just realized that was 1 3/4 cups of flour, not 3/4 of a cup, and despite the fact that I forgot the brown sugar until I had 3 muffin cups filled and had to dump them back into the bowl and add the sugar, effectively deflating my first rise from the baking powder, these are really good!

Now I know what to do with that last little bit of granola I always have leftover that nobody wants.
